Review Lego 70905 De Batmobile - Batman Movie, met Batman en Robin

The Batmobile set does have a few flaws in my eyes, they are all made up for with the excellent design and aesthetics of the brand new Batmobile. It’s sleek and iconic and just looks so damn amazing on shelf, it’s great for kids to play with and for adults to admire. This is definitely one to buy, even if it’s not now at full price you should try and pick it up when it’s affordable.

At first i didn't like this set, but after i saw it on display i had to have it. Fun build and great Batman Car. Love the car being oversized and the shifting wheels that allow the car to be taller are a nice plus. The weight of the car is makes it a little more sturdy, which allows the car to stand up to rougher play. Overall a fun build and great car. The box does this set no justice!

Don’t let the thin-looking black vehicle on the box fool you — this is a substantial, interesting set with some really fun play features, solid minifigs, and a surprisingly diverse selection of parts. And for sixty bucks you get 581 pieces and five figs, so it’s actually a decent deal for a LEGO set in a licensed theme. It’s the actual build, the finished model, and the parts selection are great reasons to buy a LEGO set.

Two of the minifigures, whilst admittedly new and exclusive to this set, are identical, one minifigure is a straight copy from a previous and Batman is just another Batman - so the best figure in the box for me is Robin, and he is still ultimately a rehash. Good figures yes, but not all are must haves. Tthe wheels seem a bit wobbly–however this does give the impression of suspension so maybe we should call that a feature

It’s one of those sets where you have to build it, and display it to properly appreciate how well designed it is. It’s also a lot of fun, which comes as a bit of a surprise for me given that play features usually don’t impress me much. Price-wise, I think The Batmobile is very competitively priced for what you’re getting. I highly recommend The Batmobile for its fun-filled features and its gorgeous aesthetics.
